On 23 May 2008 compared 11:55 clock has made NOW - transmitted and maverick Forum members existing delegation to the President a draft constitution with the request, -, Utopia for a constitutional referendum within the meaning of Article 146 Basic Law (GG) 23 use May 2009.
Ca. 95% of this draft constitution are identical to the exactly 59 years ago today in force Constitution .
The 5% change are based mainly on proposals / suggestions from

The initiators of the action are of the opinion it is about time that in 1949 under military rules of officials written constitution finally by a constitutional right is replaced, which was started by people in a constitutional referendum adopted.
